How To Be Healthy In Life Always

Today i am going to share with you a fantastic secret about health that how u can live a healthy long life without getting sick in your life. I am going to tell you only 4 rules for your life and after including these 4 rules in your life you will going to get excellent benefits . I can say it with guarantee that, whoever will follow these 4 rules in life would never got sick. Disease will never come to him. If you will follow these 4 rules in life you will get a lot of benefits. I am following these  4 rules since 2013 and from then till now i never got sick. Today the problem is people lifestyle, so just include these 4 rules in your lifestyle and you will see the difference in your health.These 4 rules balance tridosha(vata,pita,kapha) in our body. These 4 rules told by maharishi baghbhatt in ayurveda.

First Rule

Never drink water just after food(lunch,dinner,breakfast).

Now you will say what is this nonsense. But this is truth.If you drink water just after food, that food you just converted into poison, that's why you should never drink water just after food. The reason behind this is when we eat food the whole food get collected in your stomach. There in the stomach a place called "आमाशय  (epigastrium)" whatever you eat,drink goes in epigastrium. As we finish eating food the whole food collects in our body a fire starts burning  in stomach in our epigastrium and this fire is called "जठरग्नि(jatharagni)" and this जठरग्नि digest the food in our body and the process of digest is like the fire in kitchen that cook food.just after taking food the fire starts burning in stomach and you drink water then where the water exist the fire cannot exist so you put out the fire that digest our food by drinking the water just after your meal. Now you end the process of food digestion and that food will remaining in your body and will going to decay in your body. The decay food produce more than 100 type of poisons for your body, that poison 
later on produce disease.


Some Major Problems Happen By Not Following First Rule-
1.  Gas in  Stomach
2.  Acidity in stomach
3.  flatulence etc.
These all are the symptoms of weak digestive system or your food is not digest properly.
so if food doesn't digest properly that will decay remaining undigested food and that undigested food later on produce disease.
That's why i am saying don't drink water just after meal. Now you will ask then till how much time not to drink water. The answer is  at least 1 hour  .After 1 hour you can drink water.Now why 1 hour because this fire burning happen approximately 1 hour. 

Now you may ask that can we drink water before having meal?
 yes, you can drink water before meal but 40 minutes before the meal.

Now can we take anything else after food?
yes, you can take buttermilk, fruits juice, hot milk

Best combination with meal is-
with breakfast juice
in day take buttermilk
in night take hot milk

Second Rule

Drink water sip by sip.

Whenever you are drinking water drink it sip by sip like hot tea, hot coffee,hot milk.Do not drink continuously. The reason behind this is that when we drink water sip by sip our saliva with water go into stomach and our saliva is alkaline(क्षारीय ).In our stomach always the process of acid regenerate going on.So for example you take 1 sip then the saliva with water goes in stomach and stomach keep on producing acid, so saliva is alkaline,then alkaline and acid both are opposite nature so if acid is more then acid remains and if alkaline is more then it remains. So if you drink water sip by sip the more saliva goes into stomach means the alkaline in your body is more then it reduce the effect of acid.If you observe the bird or any animal they drink anything  sip by sip .Have you ever heard any animal have diabetes,overweight they all are slim and trim. because they drink water or even anything sip by sip. If there is lot of acid in body then we have to suffer with acidity.


Third Rule

Never drink fridge cold water,ice water.

Because your body is warm, we have warm blood. if we drink cold water and we are warm.
Then cold and warm are opposite nature then either water comes on equal temperature as body or the body comes at a level of water temperature level and if water makes your stomach cold then if stomach is cold then your heart is cold then your brain is cold so you can get sick very easily .
Your immune system become weak .In the days of summer you can drink clay pot water, it does not draw down your health.  

 Fourth Rule 

Drink at least 3-4 glass of water immediately after waking up in the morning, After that go to toilet.
The benefits of this is- 
1. It cleanse our rectum and as rectum get cleansed there is a pressure on our stomach and you will get fresh very easily.
2.  The morning saliva has incredible healing powers which makes our immune system very strong.so drinking water in the morning immediately after waking up make our immune system very strong.
3. In morning our body has lot of acid so with water saliva goes in body and it reduce acid into our body.


Summary-

1. Do not drink water immediately after having meal.
2. never drink cold fridge water.
3. drink water sip by sip.
4. drink at least 3 glass of water immediately after waking up.
